POWER & PRESENCE

Work through what’s blocking you from your power through intentional movement, curated sounds, and focused breath.

The 5-week program arc is inspired by Chinese philosophy, guiding you through themes of grounding, expansion, and expression to cultivate confidence. Through sensual presence, you’ll learn to tune into the body and step into your power.

THE DETAILS

  • Return to the Senses — Wuji & the Body's Potential

    We begin in stillness and unlimited potential —Wuji— the space before form.

    This week will be about developing awareness of the body and engaging in sensory awareness coupled with intentional movement.

    You’ll be guided to reconnect with the subtle language of your own inner world. We’ll be connecting beneath the noise, and begin building presence internally.

  • Grounding the Body — Rooting in Yin

    This week centers on the energy of Yin - we’ll learn to slow down and connect with our bodies.

    You’ll explore how to create inner steadiness and clarity through grounding movement practices that help regulate and anchor your energy.

  • Expansion & Flow — Yin in Motion

    In week 3, we’ll begin to expand our capacity for movement and flow. We’ll start to workshop intuitive transitions to create more fluidity between movements and within out bodies, building upon the previous week’s choreography.

  • Taking Up Space — Activating Taiji

    This week is about emergence -Taiji - where we practice channeling our expression and moving with presence.

    We’ll explore practices that help you take up space with clarity, presence, and confidence - not by performing, but by being.

    This weekis where we begin to notice and feel into ur power.

  • Magnetism & Power— Cultivating Yang

    We close with Yang - an outward presence of strength and motion. This final week is about integration, resonance, and inner radiance.

    We’ll explore what it means to lead from internal power and show up in a way that magnetizes through presence, not performance.

    We’ll culminate this week with a full movement repertoire cultivated from previous weeks’ sessions.
